Course Description: Participants will discuss US foreign policy, with emphasis on civil discourse of dimensions of the issue, possible approaches and limitations, uncertainties, and risks. No expertise or experience is required, except a willingness to participate and listen to other views, and a desire to learn more about all aspects of foreign policy.
Instructor: David Britt is currently retired. His early work life included a decade at the US Agency for International Development (foreign assistance), and related agencies. He retired as CEO of Sesame Street in 2000. Sesame Street has been adapted for kids in more than 100 countries around the world. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is Board Chair of the Board on Children Youth and Families at the National Academy of Medicine. He was the much-admired facilitator of Great Decisions for ALL from 2015-2017.
